Experience the passion of a young Alaskan girl as she embarks on an adventure like no other, all in the Anchorage Ballet’s classical adaptation of Mindy Dwyer’s children’s story Aurora: A Tale of the Northern Lights. Follow Aurora on her journey across the tundra with her friend the Caribou, as they frolic among the blueberries and flowers, and watch as she discovers her inner courage through the colors she collects on her way. A dramatic explosion of dance, color, and music Aurora: A Tale of the Northern Lights, Anchorage Ballet’s all original Alaskan ballet, is a collaboration of international dancers, musicians, and choreographers, sure to delight audiences of all ages.
Ages: Recommended for ages 6 and older.
